1.1 Participants are required to fill out the entry form to participate in the event.
1.2 The level set in the entry form will apply uniformly to all entries by the participant. Changing the level will automatically adjust the level for all entries submitted by the participant.
1.3 Mentioning the sculptor of the piece in the entry form is optional. However, participants are encouraged to credit the sculptor if applicable.
2.1 The entry form will remain open for submissions and edits until 16th May at 5:00 PM BST (British Summer Time).
2.2 No entries or edits will be accepted through the entry form after the deadline.
2.3 Participants wishing to enter or make changes to their submissions after the deadline must contact the organisers directly. Entry on the event day is possible at the registration desk, but pre-event registration is strongly advised.
2.4 The entry information and images can be updated until the entry deadline closes. This will also reflect in the online gallery.
3.1 Participants are required to upload images of their entries. These images will be used in the event’s online gallery.

3.3 By uploading images, participants grant the organisers the right to use these images for promotional purposes related to the event without any further consent or compensation.
We encourage photographs and videos to be taken during the event. No attendee needs special permission to capture their favourite moments from the event. The company will also be taking photos and video of the event and may use these for promotional material. By purchasing your ticket and attending the event you are permitting the company to use images and video of yourself and/or your miniatures as they see fit.
You do not have permission to provide your own organisation’s awards to participants in the painting competition. Any awards found to have been placed next to entries will be removed and disposed of.
The judge's decisions are final and the company is under no obligation to provide feedback or reasoning about an entry's award level or lack thereof.
Any member of staff who directly experiences or observes aggressive or abusive behaviour from an attendee has the authority to deal immediately with that behaviour in a manner they consider appropriate to the situation. The company reserves the right to ask you to leave the event immediately with no reason required.
