Bristol: 2024 Winners
MPO Bristol 2024 was our first go at hosting an in person miniature painting competition and we loved it! A sold out event with over 400 entries submitted, with attendees from as far away as Australia!!! It certainly kept our judging team of Andy Wardle, Richard Gray and Albert Moreto Font busy.
Alongside the competition we had our shop running with people able to pick up event exclusive merch as well as a pre-release of our upcoming Sci Fi miniature. We were also able to show off some sneak peeks of some figures from Deogard 2, the follow up to our first fantasy range from 2021.
Artis Opus were in attendance with pots of the new Mini Colour paints, a collaboration between ourselves and Artis Opus that we can’t wait for people to get their hands on. We had a limited number of vendors this year as we wanted to focus on the competition and smooth running of the show for our first go.
On Saturday afternoon we ran some hobby forums where we discussed everything from organising a work area to our favourite tools and techniques, and were joined by Byron to chat more about the upcoming paint range.
All in all it was a beautiful weekend, a great venue, Bristol sunshine, hundreds of passionate and friendly painters all coming together to celebrate our wonderful hobby.
So thank you to everyone that attended, from all the first timers to the veterans of the hobby. You made it the great event that it was. We hope to see you all there next year, along with a bunch more people, as we look to double capacity for MPO Bristol 2025!

Best Of
Congratulations to our Best of Creative and Best of Show winners who both walked away with a hefty prize bundle thanks to our sponsors; Redgrass Games, Daylight Company, Harder & Steenbeck, and Artis Opus. With a rather special one-off signed print of the Goblin Cultist we had commissioned by Mark Gibbons for the show going to Arnau.
